All women (18 and older) are invited to become members of the Guild. It is an active group of women serving the parish since 1955, meeting monthly on the first Tuesday of every month in the Social Hall at 6:00 pm from September through June each year. Each month, meetings have a program, speaker, theme or event with hospitality and plenty of time for socializing.
The Guild, through its dues and fundraising, supports a variety of charitable works including the Crisis Pregnancy Center, Interim House and Veterans Hospital. Women of all ages gathering together for:
• Building Friendships
• “Fun”draisers
• Spiritual Renewal
• Works of Charity
The Crafters meet weekly on Wednesdays from 10:15 a.m. until Noon in the St. Cyprian Social Hall. They knit, crochet, sew, and do many other types of crafts for the benefit of others and are always willing to try new craft ideas. Most of the supplies needed to produce items such as blankets, hats and gloves for those in need in the greater Metro Detroit area and international organizations are generously donated. We welcome new and interested crafters to join us for fun, fellowship and this creative ministry.
